Welcome to the website of the Minnesota Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America (MCMOAA) an affiliate of the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA). MOAA and its affiliated councils and chapters are politically non-partisan. Our site offers a wealth of information and resources important to veterans and their families.
MCMOAA exists to enhance Minnesota’s image as a place friendly towards veterans and military retirees. Members are kept informed of state and national legislation via The MCMOAA'n, our bimonthly award-winning newsletter. The Chapter actively provides support to the local military focused charities. Certificates of excellence, scholarships and medals are presented to outstanding ROTC and JROTC graduates. The chapter actively participates in Retiree Appreciation Days at numerous sites in Minnesota. MCMOAA is a force nationally and locally and it wants you to be a part of this force.
The Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) is the country's leading organization protecting the rights of military service members and their families. Those who belong to MOAA not only lend their voices to a greater cause, but they also gain access to extensive benefits tailored to the needs and lifestyles of military officers. MOAA members proudly hail from every branch of the uniformed services. To them, we have made the same promise that they have made to their country: Never Stop Serving. Over 700 officers, warrant officers and surviving spouses belong to the Minnesota Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America (MCMOAA). These MCMOAA members add their strength to the total of more than 370,000 active, retired and former military officers who — nationwide — work together in grassroots support of your earned benefits. They do it by making direct contact, working together with individual legislators at both the state and national levels to effectively protect your military entitlements. Add your voice and your vote to make this military lobbying group even stronger in both St. Paul and Washington by becoming a member of MCMOAA and of MOAA.
